Turn on the Bluetooth unit. Hold the button on the speaker unit until the light blinks, then choose “Drop Pillow” in your phone's Bluetooth list. After the first time it reconnects on its own.

Play your favourite audio. Any app that plays sound works: a guided meditation, a sleep story, rain, a podcast, your own playlist. Start it quietly — you'll need less volume than you think.

Nestle deeply into the pillow. Lie on your back and let your head settle into the channel between the two arms. Slide the speakers so they sit right by your ears.

Our story and pledgeYes, if you sleep on your back. Your head rests in the channel between the two foam arms and stays supported. People have asked whether it helps them stay on their back overnight; it does that too.
The outer cotton-blend cover zips off and machine washes cold. Take the speaker unit out first. The foam core is spot-clean only. Washing instructions come in the box.
The speakers sit inside the foam arms beside your ears, so the sound stays with you. That localised sound is the design goal: anyone not using the pillow hears close to nothing.
No. High-end memory foam at the head contact points, regular foam for the structure, and latex-free covers. Latex allergies are not an issue with the Drop Pillow.
We replace it. Email us photos within 72 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement.
We don't make medical claims and the Drop Pillow is not a medical device. What we can share is what people tell us: that the pressure and the close, quiet sound help them settle. Read their words and decide for yourself.
For hygiene reasons used pillows can't be returned — they are personal-use items. Instead you get the 60-Night Drop Promise and a two-year warranty on electronics and foam.
No. Every pillow ships with speakers and a Bluetooth receiver, but whether you turn them on is up to you. Plenty of people use it purely for the pressure.

If it doesn't become part of your routine in 60 nights, we make it right.
We can't take back used pillows, for hygiene reasons. So instead: tell us within 60 nights and we'll send a replacement cover set and a year of Drop Sessions, free. Damaged or defective on arrival? Replaced, no questions.

Two years on the electronics and foam.
Speakers, Bluetooth unit, battery and the memory-foam core. Covers are consumables and washable; if one fails at the seams in the first year, we replace it.
